Enchantment of Onion Hill, as Known as The Land Above the Clouds

LOCATED  in Pekon Negeri Ratu, Batu Brak District, West Lampung. This area is better known as the Land above the Clouds.

One of the photography spots in West Lampung. For the first time, this area was popularly known as Geredai or Gerdai. But the real name is Bukit Bawang Bakung.

It was photography lovers who introduced this exotic region in 2010-2011. Until now, it is more famous as the Land above the Clouds.

Bawang Bakung Hill is not that far from Liwa. Only travel about 20 minutes by car or motorbike.

During the trip, visitors pass through villages with stretches of rice fields and houses on stilts typical of West Lampung architecture.

The winding road occasionally presents an extraordinary view of the fog. It is recommended that visitors bring a jacket. Cold atmosphere.

Arriving at Geredai, visitors will be treated to an expanse of dew with a backdrop of Mount Pesagi and Mount Seminung.

But not every time can feel the sensation. Visitors can enjoy it from 05.00 a.m -07.00 a.m Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
