Like statuses or stories in general, statuses in the WhatsApp service, which is known as a feature for sharing information from the daily activities of its users, can be shared with stored contacts or close friends.

WhatsApp status, which can be in the form of photos, videos, GIFs, text, and others, will disappear within 24 hours.

This messaging application provides privacy settings so that users can choose who is allowed to see their status.

In this update, users can also share their status in the form of voice messages with a duration of up to 20 seconds.
