BANDAR LAMPUNG, RADARLAMPUNG.CO.ID - According to reports, Samsung will increase chip production capacity at their largest semiconductor factory, located in South Korea, in the same year.

This was reported by radarlampung.co.id from the Reuters information page on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.

The company, which has been established since 1969, is reported to have plans to add a 12-inch plate to manufacture DRAM memory chips at the P3 factory located in Pyeongtaek.

Not only that, but Samsung also plans to add capacity for 4 nanometer chips as well as at least 10 extreme ultraviolet machines next year.

Factory P3 is the company's largest manufacturing facility and has been producing NAND memory chips this year.
