The Candidate for Chancellor of the University of Lampung Prof. Asep Sukohar, with a Myriad of Achievements

BANDAR LAMPUNG, RADARLAMPUNG.CO.ID - Prof. Dr. dr. Asep Sukohar, S.Ked. became one of the chancellor candidates based on the first round of elections conducted by the University of Lampung Senate, Thursday December, 22th 2022.

In the course of his career, this man who was born in Jakarta, May 15, 1969 held a number of positions.

Prof. Asep Sukohar graduated from Public Elementary School  1 Manokwari, Elementary School Yapis Jayapura and moved to MIN Sukahideng, Tasikmalaya in 1982.

He finished junior high school at Junior High School KHZ Mustafa, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya 1985. Then continued to SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya, West Java in 1988.

Then Prof. Asep Sukohar studied at Usakti Faculty of Medicine, Jakarta and graduated in 1995 with the fastest study and a cumulative grade point average of 3.21. Then continued with Unpad Master of Health/Pharmacology Specialization and graduated in 2009. 

Furthermore, Doctor of Pharmaco-Oncology education at Padjadjaran University, Bandung in 2013 with a cum laude grade point average of 4.00.

Prof Asep Sukohar has a history of additional education with the Australian Award Fellowship, Flinders University School of Medicine, Dec 2016.

Participated in the Sandwich Like Dikti Program at the Pharmaco-Oncology division of Florence University from September 2012 to December 2012 in Italy.

Non-degree education in Bioethics, Medical Law and Human Rights, Medical Scholl in University of Indonesia in 2007 and Molecular Biology and Stem Cell Short Course in Bandung, Yogyakarta and Jakarta.

Job Experiences :

- Vice Chancellor of General Affairs and Finance of University of Lampung, in January 2020.

- Deputy Dean for Academic and Cooperation, in 2015-2019.
