Sauce Ingredients:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
sesame for sprinkling
5 shallots, finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, cut into pieces
4 cayenne pepper (or according to taste)
enough water
gochujang, or Korean chili paste
sugar to taste
enough oil
Step :
a. Cut the ingredients for teopokki, cabbage, fish cake or otak-otak, and carrots.
b. Sauté shallots, garlic, and shallots until fragrant. Then add the crackers and cook until the crackers are soft.
c. Add the other ingredients: teopokki, cabbage, fish cake or otak-otak, carrots, gochujang, eggs, chilies, sugar, and salt. Stir until cooked. Then add the spring onions.
