Mustard greens to taste
2 pieces of thinly sliced sausage
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Ground spices:
2 cloves of garlic
1 curly chili
1 tsp belacan
2 spring onions
5 bird's eye chilies
2 cm kencur
Step :
a. Soak raw crackers in hot water for about 1 hour.
b. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Then pour a little water and add mustard greens. Then sauté mustard greens until wilted.
c. Enter the soft crackers and sausages; stir well.
d. Beat the eggs and pour into the seblak; stir well until the eggs are cooked.
e. Add the green onions, salt and sugar to taste, cook until cooked and the water is reduced.
